Return & Exchange
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return / exchange.
- To start a return/exchange, you can raise a return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide necessary instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.
- Size exchange is available (in case of size ex
- change, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro)
- In case any product is returned, then any offer, discount applied to such product shall be forfeited
- Please do note, that free return /exchange is allowed once per order. Second return/exchanges won’t be free. You have to pay a handling fee of Rs. 200, in case you would like to return/exchange it again.
- In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as a credit/refund to your bank account.
- Company reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage. If the product fails such a quality check, the product shall not be returned and no refund shall be made against such product.
- We offer a pickup facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners. Keep the product packet ready to expedite the return pickup
- Please note that the product will be picked up from the same address where delivery was made. In case pick up is to be made from a different address, the same should be notified to DAYNA by writing to email@example.com Such request may be accepted at DAYNA'S sole discretion and subject to the new address being in serviceable area.
- The company shall not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, The company would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible or under obligation for deliver back to the user.
- The Company reserve a right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pickup if Company observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
- In case of damaged product, wrong product or quality issues with the products, you must register your complaint within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery. Any claim for the damaged product/quality issue/wrong product reported after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be entertained by the company.
- Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- In case you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, we give the option of a refund. Here’s a few things you'll have to remember:
- In case you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting DAYNA Support.
- Once we receive the item - we’ll send you an email or call you to let you know the status of approval/rejection of your refund.
- Refund will be processed only after the products reaches the warehouse and passed the QC. You will be notified for the status of refund through Call or email.
- Once the refund is approved - the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 8 days
- For COD order - please send your payment details via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Refunds shall be processed by the Company through its normal banking channels only and no request for payment of cash shall be entertained.
- www.dayna.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- DAYNA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates / changes.
